There is NO AUTHORITY for Congress to decide IN ANY WAY who shall preside over the impeachment of a President. It is SPECIFICALLY provided that it MUST be the Chief Justice.
If you actually watch this with an open mind you might just get your view and opinion changed. If refuse to watch it or color it with your own bias and hate then you are part of the problem we have in America.
